Birth Doula Package
Having a birth doula support your labor and delivery, on average, will increase your satisfaction with your birth experience and result in a shorter labor with less interventions
Prenatal Support Includes:

Share evidence-based information and local referrals
24/7 on-call support starting at your 38th week
Labor & Birth Support Includes:
Support in the maintenance of a birthing environment where everyone feels respected
Assist with positioning and movement
Soothing touch and acupressure
Amplify birther’s voice with diplomacy
Support with initiating breast/chest-feeding in the immediate postpartum
2 Postpartum Care Visits, where at least one visit takes place in your home
Birth Doula Package: $1600

Postpartum Doula Care
Postpartum Care at home or in the birthing place includes both emotional and practical hands-on support to birther and baby, with parents reporting lower rates of postpartum depression and anxiety.
Postpartum Care Includes:
Listening and supporting you in processing your birth story
Assisting with initiating infant feeding, including breast/chest-feeding and bottle support
Reviewing infant care practices, such as diapering and safe sleep
Performing light housework, like dishes and laundry
Empowering caregivers to care for their new addition(s) independently, comfortably, and with confidence
Caring for infant(s) and older siblings while caregivers take time to rest, shower, and generally focus on self-care.
Postpartum sessions can be booked hourly at $45 an hour.

Lactation Support
As a Certified Breastfeeding Specialist, I am prepared to support you prenatally with education and postpartum with positioning, latch techniques, troubleshooting common feeding challenges, and referrals for additional services if needed.
Prenatal Support May Include:
What to expect in the first hours and days after birth
Newborn feeding cues and typical feeding patterns
Prenatal colostrum collection
Share evidence-based information and local referrals
Postpartum Support May Include:
Exploring positioning and latch techniques
Troubleshooting common feeding challenges, and referrals for additional services if needed.
Navigating and using your pump
Paced-bottle feeding
Safe milk collection and storage
Lactation Support can be booked at $100 a session.
