My name is Taylor Wadsworth and I began my doula career in 2017, after I birthed my kiddo, as a postpartum doula and home visit volunteer with It Takes a Village. Engaging with families as on their perinatal journey brings me great joy and fulfillment in my life, as well as a confidence in parenting that I continue to gain from learning from my clients. It can be a rewarding and reciprocal relationship.
Trained both as a birth and postpartum doula by Warm Welcome Birth Academy, and as a Certified Breastfeeding Specialist (CBS), I am excited to serve growing families in the Pioneer Valley and surrounding communities by offering the following services:
Emotional and physical support prenatally, during labor and birth, and throughout the postpartum time
Empower you to care for yourself and your new baby(ies) in ways that uplift and honor your family's values
Provide practical support in your home, birthing place, or virtually to best suit your needs and lifestyle
Lactation Support including positioning, latch techniques, troubleshooting common feeding challenges, and referrals for additional services if needed.
